2. Compliance with laws and regulations

The Company complies with various laws regarding the handling of personal information, including the "Personal Information Protection Act," as well as guidelines and other standards established by the government.

3. Security management measures

The Company prevents unauthorized access to personal information and protects against leakage, loss, or damage of personal information. We implement preventive and corrective measures for any inappropriate matters.

4. Appropriate supervision of employees

When allowing employees (referring to all individuals engaged in the Company's business, including officers, employees, contract employees, temporary staff, etc., regardless of employment contract) to handle personal information, the Company will provide necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure the security of such personal information. In addition, we provide regular education and guidance to all employees to ensure thorough protection of personal information.

5. Appropriate supervision of outsourced operations

The Company may outsource operations such as various registration procedures and investigations to external contractors for case processing. When outsourcing the handling of personal information to external contractors, we will appropriately select contractors, conclude appropriate outsourcing contracts, and properly guide and supervise the contractors.

6. Response to complaints and inquiries

The Company will respect individual rights and respond promptly within an appropriate and reasonable scope to complaints and inquiries regarding our handling of personal information and our PMS.

7. Continuous improvement of personal information protection initiatives
